How It Works
Step 1
Audit
The first step is to define your business needs and marketing goals. We take the time to understand the unique situation of your company or organisation, any challenges you face as well as targets you want to reach. We will ask you lots of questions about your marketing situation, for example, any current or past marketing activities, results, expectations and more.
Step 2
Setup
Following the audit, we work out a strategy and recommend the best digital marketing channels and campaigns to reach your goals. A comprehensive digital marketing strategy often includes more than one channel and we will recommend the best combination for your marketing needs, goals and budget.
Step 3
Go Live
This stage is all about setting your campaigns up for success. We work closely with you to develop ad copy and creative, build the campaigns, set up tracking and put together an easy-to-follow reporting dashboard. You will review and approve all marketing materials to ensure that we meet your brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Step 4
Training
If you chose Google Ads Management or Google Ad Grants, you will receive a Google Ads Basic training session. While you don't need to become a Google Ads expert yourself, we want you to become familiar with the basic terminology and key metrics. This will allow you to better understand the monthly performance reporting and integrate Google Ads data into your broader digital marketing strategy.
Step 5
Optimise
Once your new campaigns are live, the real work begins. Paid ad campaigns are no ‘set and forget’ but require constant reviews, adjustments and optimisation. Over time, we test new ad copy, creatives, keywords, audiences and more to get you the best possible results.
